MAKER-SPACE CLUB Rental Rates

STANDARD – Sign up for at least 3 months.

2 days inc per month.    £ 72 inc vat

Additional days               £ 54 inc vat

Available Monday- Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm.

Use of maker-space 4.2m x 1.2m inc 1500 x 600 bench with vice and shelves.  You may have the 3 bench space to yourself.

• Bring and use your own handtools.
• Use of panel saw, planer, thicknesser, band saw, linisher and pillar drill.
• Use of Festool edge bander and domino tools.
• The Sander available at £35 per 30 mins inc vat
• Items and tools to be removed at the end of the day unless booking consecutive days.
• Public liability insurance is required and your own tools and equipment are not covered by the workshop insurance.
• Woodworking machine shop competence is required and induction will be given on equipment to be used.
• Wifi and access to office hot desking with use of an A1 plotter.
• Shared use of a well-equipped kitchen.
• Some on site parking or otherwise available on Avis Way.
• The premises are alarmed.

EXTRA – Sign up for at least 3 months.

DOUBLE BENCH SPACE

7.2m wide x 4.2m deep.

First 6 months                  £1,170.00 +vat pcm.                  Total £1,404.00 inc vat

Full rate after 6 months £1,287.00 +vat pcm. Total £1,544.40 inc vat

• Bench rental is generally offered on a rolling 6 month agreement.
• Public liability insurance is required and your own tools and equipment are not covered by the workshop insurance.
• Woodworking machine shop competence is required and induction will be given on all equipment.
• All spaces include allocated board storage and solid timber racking.
• Wifi and access to office hot desking with use of an A1 plotter.
• Shared use of a well-equipped kitchen.
• Some on site parking or otherwise available on Avis Way.
•  The premises are alarmed.
• Access is available 24/7 though single lone working in the machine shop is not permitted.
