Depending on your needs and experience, bench space is available with access to the machine shop on a daily/weekly/ monthly basis,

or

as a 6 month license for the best rates, single or double bench space with board and timber storage and full machine shop access.

Short term rates are also available with restricted use of machine shop with maker-space 4.2m x 1.2m inc 1500 x 600 bench with vice and shelves. 

• Bring and use your own handtools.
• Use of panel saw, planer, thicknesser, band saw, linisher and pillar drill.
• Use of Festool edge bander and domino tools.
• The Sander available at £40 per 30 mins inc vat
• Items and tools to be removed at the end of the day unless booking consecutive days.
• Public liability insurance is required and your own tools and equipment are not covered by the workshop insurance.
• Woodworking machine shop competence is required and induction will be given on equipment to be used.
• Wifi and access to office hot desking with use of an A1 plotter.
• Shared use of a well-equipped kitchen.
• Some on site parking or otherwise available on Avis Way.
• The premises are alarmed.
